SOLEIL post-processing

With all measurements completed at SOLEIL the data needed processing from raw acquisitions to meaningful datasets, ready for analysis.

In order to facilitate this process for myself and others I’ve written a DiffAbs R package which deals with the processing of the data which is returned from the DiffAbs beamline. An example extracted time series is shown below.

Currently the package processes transects only, but with time will be extended to do spatial mapping as well. I would like to thank Solenne Regeur for helping me put together this package.
